We believe Sleepbiome Labs mouth tape will measurably improve your sleep. But we also believe you shouldn’t have to take our word for it. That’s why every first-time purchase is backed by our 30-Night Deep Sleep Guarantee.
Try Sleepbiome Labs mouth tape every night for up to 30 nights. If you don’t notice a meaningful improvement in your sleep quality, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we’ll issue a full product refund. No hoops. No interrogation. No requirement to return the product.
This guarantee applies to your first order only. It is designed to give new customers a completely risk-free way to experience the product. Repeat orders and subscription renewals are not eligible for the 30-Night Guarantee but are covered by our standard return policy below.
How to Request a Guarantee Refund
- Email care@sleepbiome.com with the subject line “30-Night Guarantee” and include your order number
- Our support team will confirm your eligibility and process your refund within 3 business days
- The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- You do not need to return the product — keep or discard it as you choose
Standard Return Policy
For orders that fall outside the 30-Night Guarantee (repeat purchases, subscription renewals, or requests made after the 30-day window), the following policy applies.
Unopened products: Unopened, factory-sealed products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with the factory seal intact. To initiate a return, email care@sleepbiome.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the unopened product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Opened products: Due to the nature of our product — a medical-grade adhesive strip applied directly to the face and mouth — opened packages cannot be returned, resold, or restocked for health and hygiene safety reasons. This policy is standard across all oral and facial adhesive product manufacturers and is required to maintain the integrity and safety of our supply chain. We appreciate your understanding.
Damaged or defective products: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the damaged product.
Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item immediately at no cost and provide a prepaid label for returning the incorrect item.
Subscription Cancellations & Adjustments
Managing your subscription is entirely self-service. Log into your customer portal at any time to:
- Cancel your subscription with one click
- Skip your next scheduled delivery
- Pause your subscription for up to 90 days
- Change your delivery frequency
- Switch between product plans (30-night, 90-night, 180-night, 360-night)
No phone calls. No emails. No waiting on hold. No approval required.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date to take effect for that cycle. If your subscription shipment has already been processed and shipped, it falls under the standard return policy above.
If your next shipment has already been charged but not yet shipped, contact us at care@sleepbiome.com and we will cancel the shipment and issue a full refund for that charge.
We will never make it difficult to leave. If our product is good enough, you’ll stay because you want to — not because we trapped you.

Please note: after we process your refund, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. This delay is controlled by your financial institution, not by Sleepbiome Labs.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Opened products (health and hygiene policy — see above)
- Orders older than 30 days from delivery date (outside return window)
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers
- Free promotional items or samples
- Shipping charges on orders that did not meet the free shipping threshold (the $4.95 flat rate is non-refundable unless the entire order is being refunded under the 30-Night Guarantee)
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or variation, please return your unopened item under the standard return policy and place a new order. If the replacement order qualifies for free shipping ($75+), no additional shipping cost will apply.
Promotional and Discounted Orders
Products purchased with a promotional discount code, bundle discount, or limited-time offer are eligible for refund at the amount actually paid (the discounted price), not the original retail price. The 30-Night Guarantee applies equally to discounted and full-price orders.
