Free Shipping
All orders over $75 USD ship free within the United States. Orders under $75 ship via USPS First Class or UPS Ground, and are charged actual carrier rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
International orders over $75 USD receive free standard shipping. International orders under $75 are charged actual carrier rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited shipping (2-day) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Sleepbiome Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or customs processing.

International Shipping
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International standard shipping typically arrives within 4–9 business days after processing, depending on your country and local customs procedures. Please note that international delivery times can vary significantly based on customs clearance in your country.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Sleepbiome Labs has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
Order Tracking
Every order includes real-time tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also log into your Sleepbiome Labs customer portal at any time to view your order status and tracking information.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at care@sleepbiome.com.
Subscription Shipments
If you are on a Subscribe & Save plan, your recurring shipments are processed and shipped automatically according to your selected delivery schedule (every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for every recurring shipment.
You can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal — no phone calls or emails required. Changes to your subscription must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date to take effect for that cycle.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Sleepbiome Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
For P.O. Box deliveries: USPS shipments can deliver to P.O. Boxes. UPS shipments cannot. If you use a P.O. Box address, your order will be shipped via USPS regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost (tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days for domestic orders or 21+ business days for international orders), please contact us at care@sleepbiome.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund at your preference.
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged packaging and product, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
